Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the 2026 era, focusing on Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to prototype and validate emerging technologies.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI models and hardware accelerators to optimize system performance.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and algorithmic transparency.
- Conduct market research to identify disruptive technologies that could disrupt our industry in the coming years.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders with clarity and precision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep technical expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through major digital transformations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
