Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate strategic tech initiatives into company vision
- Identify and assess disruptive startups for potential partnerships or acquisitions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting innovation ecosystems
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous tech transitions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
