Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and integrating breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and global tech trends to maintain innovation advantage
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies including AI, quantum computing, and immersive systems
- Manage technology portfolio investments and ROI analysis for innovation initiatives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technological curiosity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR
