Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and competitive positioning
- Manage relationships with venture partners, research institutions, and startups
- Drive ethical technology governance frameworks for responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them to business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in technology management (e.g., CTO, PMP, or innovation frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
