Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible tech adoption
- Partner with product teams to translate future-state vision into actionable roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolio for emerging technology incubation
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption readiness and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or Web3/blockchain
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment analysis
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and technology architecture frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
