Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum, AI, and biotech convergence markets
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D priorities with business objectives
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent InnovateCorp at industry conferences and policy forums
- Maintain competitive intelligence through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Drive ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or emerging technology research
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Proven track record of translating research into commercialized products
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within academic research institutions and venture capital
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or innovation strategy
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
