Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems) and ROI analysis
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into customer experiences
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Build and mentor a cross-functional innovation lab exploring fringe technology applications
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment in 2026+ landscape
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI systems
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating technology disruption analysis or innovation roadmaps
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and sustainable innovation principles
