Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and AI integration
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neuromorphic computing) for competitive advantage
- Develop implementation frameworks for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Partner with venture capital to identify strategic acquisition targets
- Present technology strategy to board members and industry consortiums
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 compliance
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum systems at enterprise level
- Deep expertise in Web4.0, blockchain, and neuro-interfaces
- Certified in Quantum Strategy (QS) and Ethical AI Governance
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar journals
- Experience with cross-border tech policy frameworks
- PhD in Computer Science or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German preferred
