- Present strategic technology forecasts to Fortune 500 partners and federal innovation councils
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget with quarterly ROI optimization

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI)
- Proven track record of launching patented systems with >$10M ARR impact
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain for federal collaborations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing architectures
