- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech disruption risks/opportunities
- Manage $15M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Author thought leadership published in MIT Tech Review and Nature Futures
- Build partnerships with NASA, CERN, and leading academic institutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in AI ethics or quantum algorithm design (IEEE/ACM)
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US Quantum Act)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
