Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy aligned with business objectives for 2026
- Lead market research and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating Web3, biotech, and sustainable tech paradigms
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and digital ethics
- Drive strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams in next-generation technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, biotech integration, or decentralized systems
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology certification preferred
