Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) and develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions with measurable ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation metrics and KPIs to track technology adoption impact
- Nurture partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Author thought leadership publications and represent Innovatech at global tech forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech publications or journals
- Experience with agile methodologies and lean innovation frameworks
