Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline efficiency
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Ensure ethical compliance and risk mitigation for experimental technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, etc.)
- Proven experience developing 5-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation management
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., Aha!, Productboard, Miro)
