Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with commercial potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Oversee technology governance frameworks for future-ready compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI systems
- Experience with international regulatory frameworks (FDA, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futures (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Fluency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
