Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed impact projections
- Establish partnerships with research labs and academic institutions for technology incubation
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D sprints, and technology showcases
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, IoT)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and investment committees
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, accelerators, research institutions)
- Certifications in innovation management or technology strategy (e.g., CDIO, PDMA)
