Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic tech roles with future-focused projects
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong background in ethical tech development frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
