Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and AI systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech disruptions (Web4, biotech interfaces)
- Collaborate with C-suite on tech governance frameworks and ethical AI policies
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present strategic visions to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with quantum/AI specialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Experience with ethical tech frameworks (IEEE 7000, EU AI Act)
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, or tech innovation councils
