Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives in quantum computing and AI ethics
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, biocomputing) for commercial applications
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Mentor junior strategists in future tech methodologies and ethical frameworks
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-era technology solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, or neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals preferred
- Certification in Technology Futures Forecasting (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI development frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST standards)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
