Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, bioinformatics, neuromorphic)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Track record of securing $10M+ in innovation grants
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
