Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across R&D initiatives
- Drive ESG integration into technology deployment strategies
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in deploying AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, blockchain, neuromorphic computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- PMP or TOGAF certification preferred
