Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with potential disruptive impact
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and adoption readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous risk assessment protocols
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation management
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or strategy journals
- Experience scaling global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
