As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify disruptive opportunities, develop long-term technology roadmaps, and secure strategic partnerships. You'll influence industry standards while championing responsible innovation practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through market analysis and patent research
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive innovation culture through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE, CEIM)
