Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Identify emerging technologies with transformative potential and create implementation frameworks
- Present strategic technology insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to pilot deployment
- Collaborate with venture partners to scout and integrate disruptive startups
- Build and lead a specialized future technology task force
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching successful technology initiatives
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
