Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into development cycles
- Monitor patent landscapes and identify acquisition targets
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving innovation
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
