Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop innovation frameworks and incubation programs for breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain relationships with technology ecosystem partners, startups, and research institutions
- Oversee technology portfolio optimization and risk assessment for future-facing initiatives
- Mentor cross-functional teams on technology adoption and implementation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive communication skills with experience influencing C-level stakeholders
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CIO, TOGAF, or equivalent preferred)
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in fast-paced environments
