Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology roadmap, incorporating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence trends
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies and competitive landscape shifts
- Partner with product teams to translate strategic insights into actionable development priorities
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align executive leadership on technology adoption timelines
- Build financial models and ROI projections for emerging technology investments
- Represent InnovateX at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging technology roles
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS, WFS) or equivalent market research methodology
- Strong data visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Published thought leadership on technology trends (patents, white papers, or keynotes)
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
