Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies and regulatory landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Define KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI on emerging tech investments
- Champion ethical technology frameworks and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VC, academia, startups)
