Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum, bio-digital, and climate-tech domains
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AGI, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Develop patent strategies for proprietary technologies with 20+ annual filings
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with ESG and UN SDG targets
- Present strategic frameworks at Davos, CES, and industry summits
- Mentor next-gen tech futurists through our Innovation Academy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record launching category-defining products ($100M+ ARR)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systems
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Fluency in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or venture funding
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent breakthrough innovation portfolio
