Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market forecasts and company vision
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) for integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Build partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
