Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends and assess commercial viability through market research and competitive analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Manage innovation portfolio with ROI tracking and risk mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing future-focused tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Executive communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business; PhD preferred
