- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business growth objectives
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for future-focused initiatives
- Publish thought leadership on tech trends in industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum computing initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (blockchain, IoT, neuromorphic computing)
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (e.g., INSEAD)
- Experience leading global tech teams across 3+ continents
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Fluency in English with additional language skills a plus
