Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with venture-scale impact
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into commercial offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technological readiness and innovation ROI
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, TensorFlow) preferred
