Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 market opportunities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, bio-integrated systems) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and external partners
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Drive innovation through competitive analysis and patent strategy development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of commercializing advanced technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, neuromorphic systems
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Experience leading high-budget R&D initiatives ($10M+)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
