- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory impacts on innovation
- Build and mentor a high-performing future-tech incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record launching at least 3 breakthrough tech products
- Expertise in emerging tech frameworks (Gartner Hype Cycle, TRL assessment)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- Fluency in data analytics tools (Tableau, Python, R)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management
