Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) and develop strategic implementation frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement across all departments
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate an innovation-first culture
- Monitor competitive landscapes and identify first-mover advantages
- Ensure all initiatives align with our ethical innovation charter
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 or startup environments
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology transformation initiatives
