Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a 5-year technology foresight strategy aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to identify competitive advantages
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Develop innovation frameworks to accelerate R&D cycles and reduce time-to-market
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on industry landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and driving adoption
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk mitigation for tech disruption
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
