Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuromorphic systems)
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging innovations with existing enterprise infrastructure
- Conduct technology feasibility assessments and ROI projections for R&D initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proof technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (blockchain, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certifications in Technology Futures Assessment or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
