Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology strategy and innovation pipelines
- Lead market research on emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Develop frameworks for ethical technology adoption and governance
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders and investors
- Build and lead a future-tech incubation program
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Strong background in product lifecycle management
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
