- Lead scenario planning for technological disruptions affecting our industry verticals
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with real-world applications
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build and manage an external ecosystem of innovators, researchers, and venture partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record in forecasting tech adoption curves and market shifts
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or carbon-negative tech
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS) or strategic foresight methodologies
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps from concept to enterprise-wide implementation
- Presentation skills for executive audiences with complex technical concepts
