Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Experience with horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Strong data storytelling skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business preferred
- Portfolio of successful innovation initiatives launched in the past 5 years
