- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with research institutions
- Drive innovation through competitive analysis and trend forecasting

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
- Experience scaling tech initiatives in high-growth environments
