Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, neural interfaces, and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and security teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and emerging threats
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts and risk assessments to executive stakeholders
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Lead patent strategy for breakthrough inventions in post-quantum cryptography
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, nanotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems
