Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and analyzing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends through 2026
- Identify and assess partnership opportunities with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies and scale successful initiatives
- Anticipate regulatory shifts and ethical implications of future tech deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience developing long-term strategic plans with measurable KPIs
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar preferred
