Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and 2026 industry benchmarks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and acquire strategic technology startups
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and industry forums
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact on market evolution
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof technology roadmaps
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technological transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
