Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ innovations
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and disruption risk assessments
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and cross-functional project teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and forecasting abilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience managing R&D budgets and cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
