Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with measurable ROI
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks for competitive advantage
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive cultural transformation through technology adoption and digital literacy programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in launching disruptive products/services (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience scaling technology initiatives across global markets
