Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for high-impact initiatives
- Build partnerships with research institutions and startups to accelerate innovation cycles
- Drive patent strategy and IP development for next-generation technologies
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining products post-2020
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience scaling innovation labs in high-growth environments
