Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) for competitive advantage
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across product, engineering, and innovation teams
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption and market evolution
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for technology adoption success
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage vendor partnerships and technology ecosystem development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience in digital transformation and emerging tech implementation
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or IoT
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CIO, TOGAF, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Track record of scaling technology initiatives in high-growth environments
- MSc/MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
