- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and C-suite stakeholders
- Conduct horizon-scanning for emerging threats and opportunities in post-2025 markets
- Architect patent portfolios and IP strategies for next-gen technologies
- Present strategic frameworks to investors, board members, and regulatory bodies
- Drive M&A and partnerships targeting 2026 technology inflection points
- Mentor a team of futurists and technical architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with >$500M market impact
- Deep expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
