Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in future tech domains
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (e.g., Singularity University methods)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging tech applications
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain for government projects
